Cooked in your pressure pan, it takes only 20 minutes ---
1 cup sliced onions
1 glove garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil or salad oil
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
1 3-ounce can sliced broiled mushrooms and broth
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine onions, garlic, ground beef, and salad oil in pressure saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Heat to 15 pounds pressure. Cook 20 minutes. Reduce pressure under cold water. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Serves 6 to 8.
