Orange-Cranberry Sauce

a new twist on the traditional favorite.
Boil 2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups water in large saucepan 5 minutes; add 4 cups (1 pound) washed fresh cranberries; simmer about 5 minutes, or until skins pop open. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup orange sections with juice (about 2 oranges); cool, then chill. Makes about 4 cups sauce.
